Locks
Orders under $100 net carry a $10 factory service charge plus regular S&H. Keys only and combinations excepted. Orders for key controlled locks must designate master key# or “new series” and name of end user. These are SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE EXCEPT IN THE EVENT OF FACTORY ERROR OR DEFECT WITH PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Locks are shipped FOB factory and do not include S & H unless otherwise noted. Claims for errors or shortages must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Orders totaling more than $500 must be in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Artwork
Artwork for pucks, garments, etc. must be submitted in VECTOR FORMAT.. ..which includes: .ai (Adobe Illustrator), eps ( Editable Post Script), .fh8, and fti9 (Freehand) file endings. NO JPEG’s will be accepted.
Set-up charges are included in the price of the items in most cases. Occasionally, your artwork will require an abnormal amount of set-up time, which will be billed at $50/hr.
Artwork must be e-mailed to us when you place your order or your order will be delayed.
Lead Time
In most cases your order will be shipped in about 2 weeks from the time it is placed.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 50% WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER. REMAINING CHARGES WILL APPLY AT TIME OF SHIPMENT. SHIPMENTS ARE FOB ROCHESTER, NY AND/OR AUSTIN, TX.
